I don't mean to beat a dead horse, but I just wanted to thank you again for helping me out with my car stereo delima regarding my 1998 Explorer this past Saturday. It was rainy, miserable, and beyond your store hours, yet you took the time to help me out. Taking the time to help me out, when I'm sure you would have preferred to have been on your way home, and going the extra mile to help a customer, is unfortunately no longer the norm. Yet you were willing to do so.
As I said on the phone today, I really do appreciate your help. If I ever again need help in the car stereo department, I will not hesiate to seek our you and Westminster Speed & Sound. Likewise, if I come acorss someone who is looking for similar care stereo support, I will

I brought my 2007 Toyota Sienna in because the DVD player would not load or eject DVDs. The staff was so helpful and really took the time to listen to what the problem was. It took them a few minutes to assess the problem and the solution was very unexpected and greatly appreciated. They were able to replace it with no cost to me. And the best part is they were able to save my daughters favorite DVD movie...for which she says "Thank you." I would absolutely recommend anyone to check out Westminster Speed and Sound and look forward to working with them again.

"On December 30, 2005 I had installed a Jensen 6 disc CD player. All went well until a CD got stuck in the changer and would not come out. The guys couldn’t get it out so it was sent to the manufacture to be fixed. Two weeks after the changer was re-installed another CD got stuck. Bill called the manufacture, before he went on vacation, for a replacement changer instead of trying to fix it again. When he got back from his vacation, I called to find out what was happening with the changer. He thought it had been resolved. The manufacture gave Bill the run around so he made an executive decision and replaced it with another changer.
I just want to let you know how pleased I am with your staff. From the first installation to the last, they were professional and courteous and very accommodating. It took a while to resolve the situation but the kept me informed and worked around my schedule. In this day and age you are very lucky to have the caring staff that you do.
Also, it was your commercial on WRBS that directed me to your store in the first place. I try and use Christian owned establishments whenever possible. I will be gald to recommend WSS to anyone."
